As the girls season winds down, we head back to the SAC with your FAN VOTE winner for Girls Hoops Performance of the Week for January 20-25.
Bishop Luers’ Delaney Bailey had 13 points and 10 rebounds on Friday in a 48-31 win over Bishop Dwenger. She earned 55.35 percent of the over 4,000 fan votes.
Other nominees included Woodlan’s Dakotah Krohn, Garrett’s Bailey Kelham, Adams Central’s Carly Holley, West Noble’s Jazmyn Smith, Carroll’s Delane Sheets, South Adams’ Lydia Loshe, Norwell’s Maiah Shelton, Northrop’s Destiny Jackson and Jay County’s Renna Schweiterman.
These polls will run each Sunday through the season and are not considered a “player of the week,” but will instead focus on who had best performance in a single game during the week, NOT a body of work during the entire week.
