Central Noble’s Bridgette Gray has the Performance of the Week for girls hoops (Dec. 26-29)

Last week was a short one in prep hoops because of the holidays, but there were plenty of bright performances. The FAN VOTE says that the best of those on the girls side was that of Central Noble’s Bridgette Gray.

Gray scored a career high 18 points on Friday in a 68-48 win over Bremen and the Cougars remained undefeated. Gray earned 62 percent of the fan vote.

Other nominees included South Adams’ Emilee Meyers, Bellmont’s Grace Hunter, Adams Central’s Carly Holley, Columbia City’s Alaina Rongos, Norwell’s Maiah Shelton and Warsaw’s Maddie Ryman.

Please note: nominees are selected from statistics provided by teams to Outside the Huddle. Is someone potentially missing? Make sure your coach is submitting game night stats and scoring to: othscores@gmail.com

Voting for the Outside the Huddle Performance of the Week for girls basketball opens each Sunday and runs through Tuesday at noon with the winner being announced each Tuesday afternoon/evening on OutsidetheHuddle.net
