DeKalb’s Cole Richmond has the Performance of the Week for boys hoops (Dec. 26-29)

Last week was a short one in prep hoops because of the holidays, but there were plenty of bright performances. The FAN VOTE says that the best of those on the boys side was that of DeKalb’s Cole Richmond.

Richmond scored 18 points and had three steals Friday in a 59-55 win over Central Noble. It earned him 56.29 percent of the FAN VOTE of over 8,000 votes.

Other nominees included Blackhawk Christian’s Caleb Furst, Woodlan’s Joe Reidy, Norwell’s Will Geiger, Bellmont’s Aaron Lehrman, Blackhawk Christian’s Frankie Davidson, Westview’s Charlie Yoder, Whitko’s Brett Sickafoose, Huntington North’s Hank Pulver, Churubusco’s Jackson Paul and Central Noble’s Sawyer Yoder.
