Boys basketball season is underway with practice kicking off November 11 and we kick things off with the Outside the Huddle FAN VOTE for who you think is the Preseason Player of the Year.
Voting gets underway today with the four different regions named after four of the best boys basketball players in the area from a season ago. The top two vote getters will then advance on to the top 8 where players will be seeded based on their first round vote totals. From there, we knock the field to four, then two before we name a winner.
Voting for this opening round, with two players per Region advancing, will end on Friday, November 15 at noon.

First round voting (round of 40): Ends at Noon on Friday, November 15.
Top 8: Voting runs from November 15 through noon on November 18
Top 4: Voting runs from November 18 to noon on November 20.
Top 2: Voting runs from November 20 to 11:59 on November 23.
