In the coming weeks, Outside the Huddle will name its official Outside the Huddle Player of the Year and Coach of the Year for girls basketball. But before then, we want to know what you think too.
This is the FAN CHOICE voting for who you think was the 2020-2021 girls basketball Player of the Year. Who gets your vote? We kick things off with the conference round. Voting begins with top players in each of the four major conferences broken up into those conferences (with some independent or out of area conference teams mixed in here and there).
The top two vote getters in each of these regions, named after the conference champions of the area, will advance to a single elimination eight player voting system. You can find the entire voting and girls basketball postseason schedule below the first round below.
This first round will run until March 3 at noon, again with the top two in each vote advancing on.
POSTSEASON GIRLS BASKETBALL SCHEDULE
FIRST ROUND VOTING: Through March 3 at Noon
QUARTERFINAL VOTING: March 3 through March 7 at Noon
SEMI FINAL VOTING: March 7 through March 10 at Noon
FINAL VOTING: March 10 through March 13 at Noon
