As first reported on Monday by KPC’s Brice Vance, the long time coach of the East Noble girls basketball team will not return for next season.
Booth had a 100-97 record while coaching East Noble over eight seasons. In 2016, East Noble won their first Sectional title in nine years, going 18-10. It was the fourth off five straight winning seasons Booth had at the helm.
After two seasons significantly below .500, Booth led the team to a 10-16 mark during the 2019-2020 season with a team that featured a big eight player junior class. East Noble finished the season in a tie for third in the Northeast 8, picking up quality wins over the likes of Central Noble and Bellmont.
