Snider’s Michael Eley had the boys hoops Performance of the Week for Dec. 30-Jan. 4

For the second straight week, the FAN VOTE comes back favoring the Snider Panthers after Michael Eley was selected as having a boys hoops single game Performance of the Week.

Eley scored 20 points in a 48-42 win over Zionsville on Saturday during the Marion Classic. In earned him 27.88 percent of the over 1,000 total votes.

Other nominees included Central Noble’s Saywer Yoder, Canterbury’s Noah Drapala, Bellmont’s Kade Fuelling, Columbia City’s Mitchell Wilson, Norwell’s Luke McBride, Lakewood Park’s Caedmon Bontrager and Garrett’s Jayden Broadnax.

These polls will run each Sunday through the season and are not considered a “player of the week,” but will instead focus on who had best performance in a single game during the week, NOT a body of work during the entire week.
