Garrett’s Nataley Armstrong had the girls hoops Performance of the Week for Dec. 30-Jan. 4

After a heavy week of voting and a big battle for first place, it was Garrett’s Nataley Armstrong that took home the FAN VOTE for girls hoops Performance of the Week. Armstrong is the third different Railroader to earn the FAN VOTE this season.

Armstrong had 10 points and 11 rebounds on Saturday in a 70-36 win over Leo. In earned her 42.37 percent of the over 7,300 fan votes.

Other nominees included Huntington North’s Taylor Double, Bellmont’s Morgan Shifferly, Homestead’s Rylie Parker, South Side’s Alaya Chapman, Norwell’s Maiah Shelton and Norwell’s Kaylee Fuelling.

These polls will run each Sunday through the season and are not considered a “player of the week,” but will instead focus on who had best performance in a single game during the week, NOT a body of work during the entire week.
