Bluffton’s Zoe Barger has the girls hoops Performance of the Week for Dec. 9-14

A lot of really good games highlighted the second week of December with some really good outputs. But when you do so much in so many categories, it raises you to the top. That is why the FAN VOTE went the way of Bluffton’s Zoe Barger for December 9-14.

Barger had a game high 22 points, 18 rebounds and four blocks on Tuesday in a 44-42 loss to Wabash. It earned her 36.75 percent of the over 1,700 total votes.

Other nominees included Warsaw’s Brielle Harrison, Carroll’s Olivia Hoeppner, Angola’s Hanna Knoll, Northrop’s TiAuna White, Homestead’s Rylie Parker, Bishop Luers’ Lydia Reimbold, Lakewood Park’s Taylor Gerke, Bellmont’s Kenzie McMahon and Heritage’s Bree Dossen.

These polls will run each Sunday through the season and are not considered a “player of the week,” but will instead focus on who had best performance in a single game during the week, NOT a body of work during the entire week.

Please note: nominees are selected from statistics provided by teams to Outside the Huddle. Is someone potentially missing? Make sure your coach is submitting game night stats and scoring to:
