For the second time this postseason and third team this season overall, after your FAN VOTE, Leo running back Peyton Wall was picked as the Player of the Night. He has been picked as the Player of the Night by Outside The Huddle fans both weeks of Sectional play.
Wall ran for 204 yards on 21 carries and the games only touchdown in a 10-6 win over NorthWood. He earned over 24 percent of the more than 3,200 fan votes.
Wall beat out other nominees Carson Evers of Eastside, Gunnar Fry of Homestead, Bailey Parker of East Noble, Jeffrey Becker of Carroll, James Arnold of South Adams, Joseph Collier of Adams Central, Jalen Vanderbosch of Concordia Lutheran, Patrick Finley of Bishop Dwenger, Lenny Bennett of Snider and Nigel Robertson of Northrop.
Fan voting for Player of the Night for football opens each Saturday morning. You can choose your favorite candidate through the following Tuesday at noon.
