Hoosier Basketball Magazine names the top seniors in the state of Indiana every season. From that list of seniors, 60 will be invited to a special Top 60 workout where coaches for the Indiana All-Stars will be in attendance. While the Indiana All-Stars are not selected specifically from the workouts, it will allow coaches and the Director to see many players from around the state in person.
The top 60 workouts will also allow for players to meet and compete and also be viewed by many college coaches in attendance.
According to Hoosier Basketball Magazine, “this compilation is the result of direct observation of hundreds of games during the past season as well as contact and discussion with numerous Indiana Basketball Coaches Association coaches, sportswriters, sportscasters, college recruiters and referees throughout Indiana.”
Further research and evaluation will occur to determine a final list of 60 seniors. Those 60 girls will be invited to Hoosier Basketball Magazine’s 38th annual Top 60 Senior Girls’ Workout on Sunday, March 3 at Marian University in Indianapolis.
Before that list is narrowed to 60, Hoosier Basketball Magazine named 186 girls as the top seniors in the state.
