Canterbury’s Noah Drapala has the Performance of the Week for boys hoops (Dec. 3-8)

A lot of people put up a lot of points this past week in boys basketball, but a hot shooting night made Canterbury’s Noah Drapala the FAN VOTE winner for Performance of the Week on the boys side, sponsored by Ellen Vance of Ruoff Home Mortgage.

Drapala earned 49.82 percent of the nearly 10,000 fan votes. The Canterbury sharpshooter scored 32 points on Wednesday, hitting eight three pointers in a 77-45 win over Northfield.

Other nominees included Snider’s Dillon Duff, Blackhawk Christian’s Zane Burke and Marcus Davidson, Bishop Dwenger’s Hayden Smithey, Angola’s Dyer Ball, Northrop’s Sydney Curry, Heritage’s Jaydon Harris, Adams Central’s Kevin Brown and Fremont’s Tanner Behnfeldt.

  1. Abe Hicks of Blackhawk Christian had a heck of a game Saturday night, not just scoring but defensively, pushing the ball up the court, a hidden gem check out his overall stats rebounds, assists and blocks.
