No. 50 – Mykayla Mast, Fairfield

In her first year with the program, Mast made an immediate impact by averaging 10 points and 4 rebounds per game. Her scoring touch and ability to battle on the boards added a new layer of depth to Fairfield’s rotation, giving the team another reliable option to lean on beyond its top returning scorers a season ago. Mast’s presence not only strengthened the starting unit but also provided valuable balance, ensuring Fairfield had the versatility and depth needed to compete at the highest level of the NECC.

Coach’s Quote on Mast

“Mykayla also picked up a lot of offers this off season. She played a lot of basketball this summer up in Michigan. Her story is a little different than most but she’s come into Fairfield with a positive attitude, and a good work ethic. This is her senior year so I expect her to lay it all out on the court each day.” – Fairfield coach Kyle Hartman

No. 49 – Ana Lehman, South Adams

Lehman made an impressive debut for the Starfires as a freshman, averaging 9.5 points, 6.3 rebounds, and a team-best 2.3 steals per game, immediately showcasing her ability to contribute on both ends of the floor. Despite her youth, she emerged as a reliable presence early in the season, highlighted by a stretch of five straight double-digit scoring games in December. That run included two career-high 17-point performances against Muncie Burris and Blackhawk Christian. Lehman’s production and energy gave South Adams a spark and positioned her as a cornerstone for the program’s future.

Coach’s Quote on Lehman

“Ana puts in a lot of time to improve her game. She’s never happy with where her game is; she’s always looking to be better. She’s a lengthy guard that can get to the basket or shoot it from outside. She’ll be relied on heavily to handle the ball and get us into our offense.” – South Adams coach Brett Freeman

No. 48 – Laney Trausch, South Adams

Trausch enters her senior season as the unquestioned leader for South Adams, bringing both experience and production to the Starfires. A year ago, she paced the team with 9.6 points and 8.6 rebounds per game, nearly averaging a double-double while also adding 1.6 steals per contest. Her dominance was on full display on opening night, when she poured in a career-high 27 points on an efficient 12-of-14 shooting against Eastbrook, setting the tone for her junior campaign. With her ability to score, rebound, and anchor the team’s effort, Trausch remains the driving force behind South Adams.

Coach’s Quote on Trausch

“Laney is a tremendous captain for our team. She has done a great job leading the younger girls to make this team better. She really makes this team go on both ends. She does a really nice job around the basket, but has extended her range to be a threat from downtown.” – South Adams coach Brett Freeman

No. 47 – Khloe Dick, Bluffton

Sophomore guard Khloe Dick also steps into a bigger role this season after breaking into the starting lineup at times as a freshman. She proved to be a reliable contributor last year, averaging 8.9 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game while showing flashes of her scoring ability on the perimeter. With her confidence continuing to grow, Dick is expected to complement Ault in the backcourt and provide another consistent offensive weapon.

Coach’s Quote on Dick

“Khloe had a solid 9th grade year on a very good basketball team and will make the next step as a 10 th grader into a good scorer, rebounder, assist guard and defender this season. She had a great summer for us and in AAU and will be a very difficult player to guard each game.” – Bluffton coach Doug Curtis

No. 46 – Kate Fisher, Adams Central

Fisher ranked second on the team in scoring, averaging 11.2 points per game, and also contributed 3.6 rebounds, and 1.9 steals per contest. Fisher connected on 34 % of her field goals and shot 37 % from three-point range as the long distance leader for the Flying Jets, while also converting 68 % of her free throws. Her size, shooting ability, and defensive activity made her a reliable two-way option for the Flying Jets.

Coach’s Quote on Fisher

“Kate is an outstanding shooter. She led us in total 3s, 3 pt percentage, and FT percentage last year, which is a testament to the time and hard work she has spent working on her shot. Kate has been committed to working on becoming a more balanced player the last couple of years. We are really starting to see her hard work pay off and we are excited to see what she does this year.” – Adams Central coach Tim Hildebrand
