The Indiana Coaches of Girls Sports Association named their three All-State teams on Thursday with six area players being selected by member coaches and schools.
Homestead freshman Ayanna Patterson was the only area played named to the 25 player ICGSA All-State First team. She led the Spartans in scoring as they won a Sectional, the Summit Athletic Conference regular season and tournament.
The ICGSA All-State Second team includes Homestead’s Sylare Starks and Bellmont’s Grace Hunter. The Third team includes Homestead’s Sydney Graber, Angola’s Hanna Knoll and Lakeland’s Bailey Hartsough.
