Sources have confirmed to OutsidetheHuddle.net that three Snider football players, all contributors at the varsity level, are no longer part of the program.
According to several reliable sources close to the situation, juniors Michael Ledo Jr. and Kameron Trotter as well as sophomore Antoine “Deuce” Taylor are no longer Panthers.
No further details can be reported at this time.
Ledo Jr. was the most experienced returning wide receiver for the Panthers this season. Through four games he amassed nine receptions for 145 yards and a team-high three receiving scores.
Taylor began the season splitting time with junior Jon Barnes Jr. at quarterback. He completed 15-of-26 passes for 203 yards, two touchdowns and one interception.
Trotter saw action in four games, making 12 tackles on defense and seeing some snaps in the offensive backfield.
Snider heads to Wayne Stadium to take on the Generals in a battle of 4-1 teams on Friday at 7 p.m.
