IHSAA announces new football sectional alignments for 2026 and 2027

Last week, the IHSAA released sectional alignments for football for the 2026 and 2027 seasons.

Below are the new sectionals involving area teams for the next two years.

CLASS 6A

Sectional 4: Carroll, Northrop, Homestead, Noblesville

CLASS 5A

Sectional 11: Snider, South Side, Wayne, Warsaw
Sectional 12: Anderson, Huntington North, Lafayette Jefferson, McCutcheon

CLASS 4A

Sectional 19: Columbia City, DeKalb, East Noble, Bishop Dwenger, North Side, Leo, New Haven, Wawasee
Sectional 20: Delta, Bishop Luers, Jay County, Kokomo, Logansport, Marion, Muncie Central, Yorktown

CLASS 3A

Sectional 26: Angola, Fairfield, Glenn, Jimtown, Mishawaka Marian, South Bend Washington, Tippecanoe Valley, West Noble
Sectional 27: Adams Central, Bellmont, Bluffton, Concordia Lutheran, Garrett, Heritage, Norwell, Woodlan

CLASS 2A

Sectional 34: Bremen, Central Noble, Eastside, Lakeland, Manchester, Prairie Heights, Rochester, Wabash
